By commissioning me you're agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully, and if you have any questions reach out to me using the contact tab or by reaching out to me on my social media.
PAYMENT
- All payments should be in USD, and processed via PayPal.
- For payments to be completed I will invoice you.
-The invoice will include TAX, Paypal fee's, and a tip option. Please don't feel pressured to include a tip. The fact you're commissioning me is awesome enough.
- 30% of your commission quote is to be paid up front as a down payment and is non refundable. This will cover the sketching phase.
-Sketch commissions are the exception and are expected to be paid in full.
-Once we move past the sketch phase payment is expected in full.
-I may offer payment plans for commissions over $200, after down payment.
-If we negotiate a payment plan, you will not receive your completed order until full payment is received.
-The prices shown in the pricing page are the average (AVG) quote of my commissions and are not set in stone. Your commission may be priced higher, or lower, depending on many variables. Quotes are on a per-commission basis.
- Minor Adjustments| Changes and alterations are to be made in the sketch phase. Once you approve the sketch and we move on, adjustments will be very limited (ex; adding accessories, altering colors, etc.) and may come with a surcharge to be discussed privately.
- Major Adjustments| To that end, major changes (pose, hairstyle, outfit change such as adding/removal/or alteration of a major article of clothing, etc) after the sketch has been approved and full payment has been provided are a no go. If you insist on a major change we can cancel work on the current project (see below for cancellation info) and we'll re-start the commission process over with another quote and down payment.
CANCELLATIONS
-Cancellations exclude down payment.
-You may receive a full refund if no major work has been made on your commission after full payment has been provided.
-If major progress has been made and you need to cancel you'll receive a refund of 50%.
General Process
-Please, and this cant be stressed enough, please provide as many visual or written/descriptive references as possible to streamline the process. Whether it be your already established OC, or OC you want to finally see come to life. The more information you share with me the smoother your order will be. Me fishing for information or details hinders the process and increases the turn around time of your piece.
-After your down payment has been received I will begin to sketch out your character based on the visual or written references you provide. During this process we will communicate back and forth making adjustments as needed by you while adhering to the visual and descriptive references provided.
-Once a sketch has been finalized and approved by you I will move on to the inking, coloring, and rendering stages.
-Updates will be provided periodically based on my schedule. Key updates include completed inking and flat colors. You may always request an update, which I will provide at my earliest convenience based on my schedule.
-If we negotiated a payment plan your updates will be watermarked.
-If we negotiated a payment plan progress will continue on your commission, but you will not receive your completed piece until after full payment is received.
-Turn around time is up to three months after making your full payment.
Use
-Your quoted price is for personal, and commercial use.
-Your commission will include full resolution versions of your works in PNG format, signed and un-signed, and a flattened .PSD file. *These commission's include no physical materials*
-Once you receive your piece it is yours to use as you see fit.
-I only ask that if you're re-selling you please use the signed version, and if re-posting please credit me or use the signed version.
-I will retain the rights to use any commission for personal use, promotional purposes, or as portfolio materials.
-If a commission is canceled I reserve the right to reuse all assets of the canceled piece in other projects; personal, promotional purposes, portfolio materials, and/or commissions.
