By commissioning me you're agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully, and if you have any questions reach out to me using the contact tab or by reaching out to me on my social media.
PAYMENT
- All payments should be in USD, and processed via PayPal.
- For payments to be completed I will invoice you to your desired email. This is purely for record keeping on my part.
-The invoice will include TAX, Paypal fee's, and a tip option. Please don't feel pressured to include a tip. The fact you're commissioning me is awesome enough.
-Sketch commissions are expected to be paid in full.
-For RENDERED commissions: $20 is to be paid up front as a down payment and is non refundable. This will cover the sketching phase.
-For RENDERED commissions: Once a sketch is approved, remaining payment is expected before work begins.
-I may offer payment plans for commissions over $200, after down payment.
-If we negotiate a payment plan, you will not receive your completed order until full payment is received.
-The prices shown on the pricing page are firm but may be lowered or increased based on extreme situations of simplicity or complexity of a characters design.
- Minor Adjustments| Changes and alterations are to be made in the sketch phase. Once you approve the sketch and we move on, adjustments will be very limited (ex; adding accessories, altering colors, etc.) and may come with a surcharge to be discussed privately.
- Major Adjustments| To that end, major changes (pose, hairstyle, outfit change such as adding/removal/or alteration of a major article of clothing, etc) after the sketch has been approved and full payment has been provided are a no go. If you insist on a major change we can cancel work on the current project (see below for cancellation info) and we'll re-start the commission process over, starting with another down payment and so-on.
CANCELLATIONS
-Cancellations exclude down payment.
-You may receive a full refund if no major work has been made on your commission after full payment has been provided.
-If major progress has been made and you want/need to cancel you'll receive a refund of 50%.
General Process
-Please, and this cant be stressed enough, please provide as many visual or written/descriptive references as possible to streamline the process. Whether it be an already established chracter, or OC you want to finally see come to life. The more information you share with me the smoother your order will be. Me fishing for information or details hinders the process and can increase the turn around time of your piece.
-After your down payment has been received I will begin to sketch out your character based on the visual or written references you provide. During this process we will communicate back and forth making adjustments as needed by you while adhering to the visual and descriptive references provided.
-Once a sketch has been finalized and approved by you I will move on to the inking, coloring, and rendering stages.
-Updates will be provided periodically up to the completion of your piece. Key updates include completed inking and flat colors. You may always request an as-is update, which I will provide ASAP.
-If we negotiated a payment plan your updates will be heavily watermarked.
-If we negotiated a payment plan progress will continue on your commission, but you will not receive your completed piece until after full payment is received.
-Turn around time is up to a week but MAY take longer depending on multiple factors of which some may even be unrelated to your specific commission. This is my "real life clause" as such things like my or my family being sick, unlikely equipment failure, or if I'm blessed with a huge work load could cause over all longer wait times. I WILL alert you if anything at all may or will cause a delay in you receiving your commission.
Use
-Your quoted price is for personal, and commercial use. Once the commission is delivered to you, have with it.
-Your commission will include full resolution versions of your works in PNG format, signed and un-signed, and a flattened .PSD file. *These commission's include no physical materials*
-Once you receive your piece it is yours to use as you see fit.
-I only ask that if you're re-selling you please use the signed version, and if re-posting please credit me or use the signed version.
-I will retain the rights to use any commission for personal use, promotional purposes, or as portfolio materials.
-If a commission is canceled I reserve the right to reuse all assets of the canceled piece in other projects; personal, promotional purposes, portfolio materials, and/or commissions.
